These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrolment and participation in the Fit & Fertile self-paced online course (“Program”) delivered by Elite Health Fusion (“we,” “our,” “us”). By purchasing or accessing the Program, you agree to these Terms:

1. Program Overview

The Fit & Fertile Program is an educational, self-paced online course designed to provide general health, nutrition, and lifestyle information for individuals preparing for conception. It does not constitute medical advice or replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

2. Eligibility & Access

• You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.

• Access begins immediately upon successful payment.

• You receive lifetime access to the course materials and future updates, provided the course remains available online.

• Your login details are personal and must not be shared, sold, or transferred.
  
  

3. Course Content & Intellectual Property

• All Program materials (videos, PDFs, text, graphics, etc.) are the intellectual property of Elite Health Fusion and protected by copyright law.

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

• You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell any part of the Program without written permission.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because the Fit & Fertile Program provides immediate digital access to all materials upon purchase, refunds are not available.

However, we want you to feel confident in your investment:

• If you experience technical issues preventing access that we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

• Refund requests must be made in writing to admin@elitehealthfusion.com.au, including your name, purchase date, and issue description and valid reason why.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund where course content has been accessed or downloaded.

5. Payment Terms

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST where applicable.

• Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or Go Cardless).

• You agree not to initiate chargebacks.
  
  

6. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

The Program is intended for educational purposes only.

• It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

• Participation does not establish a practitioner-client relationship.

• Always consult your GP, fertility specialist, or qualified healthcare professional before implementing dietary, supplement, or lifestyle changes, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication.
  
  

7. Personal Consultations (Optional)

Program participants may book 1:1 consultation with Tamara Hale, Clinical Nutritionist. These sessions incur a separate fee ($165 AUD/hour) and are subject to separate booking and cancellation policies.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is collected and used solely to deliver the Program, manage your enrolment, and communicate updates.

9. Community Conduct

Members of the Program’s private group must:

• Interact respectfully and maintain confidentiality of discussions.

• Avoid sharing screenshots, comments, or identifying information outside the group.

10. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and compatible device to access the Program. We are not liable for inability to access materials due to technical limitations on your side.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Health Fusion Pty Ltd and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Your use of the information is at your own discretion and risk.

12. Changes to the Program or Terms

We may update course materials, features, or these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated via email or within the Program portal.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
