Hi, I’m Tamara — a degree-qualified clinical nutritionist, personal trainer, and remedial massage therapist with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness space.

I’m deeply passionate about helping women feel informed, empowered, and connected to their bodies — especially when it comes to fertility.

This passion isn’t just professional — I’m also on my own preconception journey, navigating the ups and downs firsthand. It’s made me even more committed to guiding others with empathy, honesty, and real-life strategies that actually work.

My approach brings together evidence-based nutrition, movement, and hormone support — but always through a lens of compassion.
